Institutional partnership is a formal link between the institution and the congress, valid exclusively for the 2026 edition. It establishes mutual recognition, benefits for affiliated participants and a commitment to institutional dissemination.

Commitments of the partner institution

Institutional partnership is simple and objective, but it involves formal commitments that make the collaboration effective.

Commitment Description
Institutional dissemination The institution must publish at least two official communications about #Cultures 2026 in its own channels, the first at the moment of formalization and the second in September 2026.
Validation of affiliates When requested by General Coordination, the institution must validate the formal affiliation of participants who request the 40 percent discount.
Institutional interlocutor The institution must designate one interlocutor responsible for communication with the General Coordination of the congress.
Authorization of visibility By formalizing the partnership, the institution authorizes the public display of its name and logo in the official materials of #Cultures 2026.
Edition-limited validity The partnership is valid exclusively for the 2026 edition and does not generate a permanent, financial, contractual or employment relationship with CLAEC or Scientia International.

Term of commitment

By submitting the expression of interest form, the institutional interlocutor declares, on behalf of the institution, agreement with the terms of the call and the regulations of #Cultures 2026.

The institution expressly declares that

  • It agrees with the terms of this call and the regulations of the congress.
  • It commits to carrying out the two required institutional publications.
  • It commits to validating affiliations when required.
  • The information provided is true and the interlocutor has authority to represent the institution.

It also acknowledges that

  • The partnership is valid only for the 2026 edition.
  • No permanent, contractual, employment or financial relationship is created.
  • Non-compliance with commitments may imply cancellation of the partnership and removal of the institution from official materials.

How to formalize the partnership

Institutions must complete the official expression of interest form for institutional partnership.

Required information

  • Full institutional name.
  • Country and city of headquarters.
  • Type of institution.
  • Name and email of the institutional interlocutor.
  • Declaration of awareness and acceptance of the commitments.

Communication after submission

After submission, General Coordination reviews the request and communicates confirmation in up to 10 working days, with the corresponding partnership term, dissemination materials and instructions for activation of the discount for affiliates.
